Oliver-Rhoads
& Associates was established in 1995, in Tullahoma,
Tennessee by Mr. Barry Rhoads and Mr. Dean Oliver as a full
service consulting engineering firm, with the intent to
provide superior quality services at all levels. The
firm was started from a “ground-zero” concept,
in that no attempt was made to bring clientele from their
former employers. The firm has since added two partners;
Mr. Tim Little and Mr. Tony Gipson to complement the technical
and managerial capabilities of the firm.
The entire staff at
ORA has had multiple project experience and very large project
experience gained while working at large Department of Defense,
Department of Energy, and NASA bases.
ORA has been in involved in many large complex projects
since its inception; most notably a very large Data Center
in Europe demonstrating the ability of the staff to respond
across international and cultural boundaries.
