28 unit (22,000 SF), one and two bedroom single and two story HUD complex developed by Crossville Housing Authority in Crossville, TN. Project included handicap accessible/adaptable units and audio/visual impaired provisions.

FAYETTE COUNTY SENIOR HOUSING
60 unit (44,000 SF), four-story, one bedroom assisted living building by Fayette County Community Action in Uniontown, PA. Project included handicap accessible units, community room, laundry, and manager suite.

SHELBYVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
Project included design of a new 40 unit (30,000 SF), two story, one bedroom assisted living building for the Shelbyville Housing Authority in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Project also included renovation of 40 two-story housing units, community, management, and other support spaces.

25 unit (18,000 SF), one and two bedroom single story HUD complex developed by the Crossville Housing Authority in Crossville, TN. Project included handicap accessible/adaptable units.

Mechanical and Fire Alarm System upgrades for 340 two, three and four bedroom units in 140 buildings for the Chattanooga Housing Authority.
