Mrs. Bauer’s experiences at both Sequoyah and Browns Ferry nuclear plants as Unit Operator with a myriad of duties brings a valuable practical dimension to any design setting. Mrs. Bauer experience include plant inspections, preventive maintenance testing, equipment testing, system walk downs and tagging inspections give Mrs. Bauer a very broad base of practical expertise.

Mrs. Bauer’s design experience comes from supporting seventeen engineers from 1997 through 2005 at Arnold Air Force Base. Responsibilities included but were not limited to piping system design including high pressure air, service air and nitrogen systems, the maintaining f base system configuration drawings that included natural gas, nitrogen, liquid oxygen, sewer, and high pressure air. Design drawings for construction included HVAC, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Since joining this firm Mrs. Bauer plays an integral role in Mechanical and Electrical system design.

Mrs. Bauer serves as Senior Designer for Mechanical and Electrical Systems at Oliver-Rhoads & Associates, Inc.
